Event: Holiday Party
Description: Yuletide Celebrations

The KBC holiday party is right around the corner. This year, KBC is partnering with KSAE for a joint holiday event at the French Lick Resort and Casino. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, December 11 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The event features, dinner, dancing and lots of fun, with a hosted bar for the first two hours of the event. The bar reverts to a cash bar at 8:00 pm.

Holiday Bonus - the event is complimentary to both KBC and KSAE members, thanks to the generosity of French Lick Resort. Guests will pay a nominal fee.

There will be information on spa specials, site visits and an afterparty in Legends. Watch your email for details. 

French Lick is offering complimentary accommodations for planner members and a special discounted rate for supplier members. To take advantage of the planner offer, contact Michele Bowling at mbowling@frenchlick.com. Click HERE to make your sleeping room reservations (suppliers and non-members). On Thursday, December 12, KSAE is hosting a brunch at French Lick, starting at 10:30 am. Here is the schedule for that:

10:30 am          Event Begins (Breakfast)
11:00 am          Speaker (Topic of Slowing Down and Finding Balance at the Holidays)
11:30 am          Present Exchange (Everyone Brings a $10 Gift)
12:00 pm          Event Concludes
 

Site Visits
French Lick has a few new spaces to show off, including the Valley Tower! If you would like to tour the new expansion, the French Lick team will be providing tours on:

December 11th – 1:00 pm; 3:00 pm

December 12th – 8:00 am; 1:00 pm

Tour will meet in the Hotel Lobby.

Registration
KBC has moved to a new registration platform for our monthly meetings. Here are a few things to keep in mind...

  • Your username is the email address we have on file for you. 
  • Passwords were not transferrable to the new software, so you will have to create a new one if you have not already done so. 
  • Click the "Member Center Sign In" link under the top banner. Do this BEFORE you click the REGISTER button. This will take you to the Member Center.
  • Click the “reset password” link and watch for an email with details on how to change it. If it doesn’t arrive, contact the KBC office.
  • Once you receive the password reset email, login as instructed. You will see your name in the Welcome window under the top banner if you are logged in successfully. 
  • As with the old system, you must login to the software in order to access member pricing. If you don’t login, you will only be able to access non-member fees. 
  • Be sure to login as a member above BEFORE hitting the Register Now button. 
  • When completing your transaction, you have two options for payment: credit card or check. If paying by credit card, the system will generate a receipt. Check your spam/junk folder as the message could end up there. If paying by check, select the check option and the system will generate an invoice.
