In this workshop, Vitale will take you through her three-step process for embracing change: Awareness, Perspective and Action. You will become aware of your triggers and your resistance to change, then you will learn the mindset techniques to shift out of fear into power, and finally the tools you need to take massive action and find alignment during this time.
