OH WHAT FUN! Join MPI Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter and the Kentucky Society of Association Executives (KSAE) for a Holiday Reception on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville!

You’re also invited to attend the KSAE Brunch which begins at 10:30am on Thursday, December 9^th. Be sure to bring a gift ($10 limit) if you’d like to participate in their annual gift exchange game during brunch!

COVID Safety Protocols
MPI KBC will execute the following best practices to help you stay healthy and to reduce exposure and risk. We are closely monitoring COVID-19 developments. We will continue to evaluate our safety protocols and will add enhancements as needed to ensure the health & safety of our onsite attendees.

• Room set will follow social distance between meeting attendees as established by the authorities
• Banquet set-up will follow social distance and service protocols
• Staff will monitor recommendations from health authorities and the state, local, and city officials, and protocols will be altered to meet changes in the standards

Attendees are asked to:
• Please stay home if feeling feverish or coughing prior to the meeting
• We currently encourage all attendees to wear a mask covering your nose and mouth
• We encourage attendees to adopt the fist or elbow bump vs. a handshake or hug
• Maintain social distancing

$35 per member
$35 per guest (each member can purchase a ticket for up to one guest)

December 9^th KSAE Brunch:
$20 guest registration fee
