Celebrate the Global Meetings Industry on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at North by Hotel Covington, the newest event and gathering space in the Northern Kentucky – Greater Cincinnati area.

Did you know April is National Stress Awareness month? Creating an intentionally healthy event experience is more important now than ever. 

Health and wellness is becoming a greater focus in events. Why is this important and how do we incorporate health and wellness into our meetings?  Join us on April 18 to learn the how and why!

In addition to a beautiful venue, delicious food, and valuable education, the April 18 event includes an opportunity to meet with your friends and to make new acquaintances in our Exhibitor Pavilion.  This pavilion will be filled with event industry partners sharing their services and what makes them special.

**If you are a company with a product, service, or event space that could partner with local or regional meeting planners on future events, consider registering as a Exhibitor Pavilion Registrant.  There are (2) sponsor tiers available and you can make your selection during registration. See below for exhibitor tier inclusions.**

12:45pm - 1:45pm - Educational Session with Victoria Reid, CMM, CMP, Owner/Founder of EventWell Consulting

1:45pm - Silent Auction and Raffle Winner Announcements

2:00pm - Event Concludes and Optional Tours of Hotel Covington

Exhibitor Tier Inclusions:
Exhibitor Pavilion Registration
Exhibitor Pavilion registration includes:

  • (1) complimentary event registration with lunch
  • (2) dedicated hours of Exhibitor Pavilion networking time
  • (1) draped 6'x30" table, 2 chairs (location will be assigned by event organizers)
  • Sponsors are required to bring a silent auction item or basket to display at their pavilion table during the event.  Attendees will bid on the items at each exhibitor table and proceeds will go towards MPI KBC.

Premium Exhibitor Pavilion Registration

  • Premium Exhibitor Pavilion registration includes:
  • (2) complimentary event registrations with lunch
  • (2) dedicated hours of Exhibitor Pavilion networking time
  • (1) draped 6'x30" table, 2 chairs
  • Opportunity to select Pavilion table location 1 week in advance of event
  • Sponsor logo (with hyperlink to sponsor website) at bottom of Event Listing page of the MPI KBC website
  • Sidekick banner add in (2) MPI KBC Quarterly E-Newsletters (sponsor to provide 120 x 120 pixels artwork)
  • (1) Dedicated E-Blast to Membership (sponsor to provide copy and artwork)
  • Exhibitors are required to bring a silent auction item or basket to display at their pavilion table during the event.  Attendees will bid on the items at each exhibitor table.

Registration Details

  • Your username is the email address we have on file for you. 
  • Passwords were not transferrable to the new software, so you will have to create a new one if you have not already done so. 
  • Click the "Member Center Sign In" link under the top banner. Do this BEFORE you click the REGISTER button. This will take you to the Member Center.
  • Click the “reset password” link and watch for an email with details on how to change it. If it doesn’t arrive, contact the KBC office.
  • Once you receive the password reset email, login as instructed. You will see your name in the Welcome window under the top banner if you are logged in successfully. 
  • As with the old system, you must login to the software in order to access member pricing. If you don’t login, you will only be able to access non-member fees. T
  • Be sure to login as a member above BEFORE hitting the Register Now button. 
  • When completing your transaction, you have two options for payment: credit card check. If paying by credit card, the system will generate a receipt. Check your spam/junk folder as the message could end up there. If paying by check, select the check option and the system will generate an invoice.
