Educational Content -  Share an Idea ... Steal an Idea Roundtable Discussions
Our industry peers and partners are often our best source of information and our best educators. If you have ideas to share, and we know you do, and are looking for ideas to steal, and we know you are, be sure to grab a seat at the table during MPI KBC’s BRAVO! 2023 event!
We’ll explore three key trends shaping the meetings industry in 2023 and beyond.
Rising Costs
Average rates continue to rise due to higher labor, food and other fixed costs. Combine this with the impact of inflation, this trend isn’t going away anytime soon. Share your cost saving ideas and brainstorm new ways to prevent budget blowouts.
Technology
Automated software platforms, mobile tech and artificial intelligence – oh my! It feels like event technology is changing on an almost daily basis. Between mergers and acquisitions, new platforms and apps, it’s a challenge to stay up to day on key event tech trends.
The rise of artificial intelligence and automation is having a huge impact on the events industry. From facial recognition software to voice-activated tools to chatbots, no topic is off limits.
Share ways to leverage current technology and learn how your peers stay current.
Experience First
Attendees need a compelling reason to leave the house and meet in-person. We have to design meetings and events for the human experience and not the corporate experience. Attendees want to return home feeling inspired and connected.
Discover ways we can create welcoming environments that focus on connection, community and content.

Learner Objectives
  • Identify cost saving opportunities for events in this time of inflation
  • Learn ways to leverage technology to enhance the efficiency of your events
  • Explore ways to design event environments that focus on the human experience and increase overall event satisfaction of your attendees
Anticipated Clock Hours:  1 Clock Hour, Strategic Planning (pending EIC approval)
