We will learn from industry experts on how engaging sight, sound, smell, taste and touch creates an experience that connects with participants and inspires them to use the information they've gathered.
Learner Objectives:
1. Understand the role of the 5 senses and how the impactive the success of meetings and events.
2. Gain insight into strategic planning and use of timing, placement, agenda format, meeting and event enhancers, production and design components.
3. Participant in sensory exercises to awaken you to the importance of experiences.

Katharine Erickson, Museum Manager at 21c Lexington
Katharine has a background in Art History and Museum Education. She has worked previously on educational public programs at the National Gallery of Art, Washington National Cathedral, LACMA and the Getty Museum.
Jason Thompson Director of Sales and Marketing at 21c Lexington
Experienced Director of Sales and former Director of Catering with a results driven history of working in the hospitality industry. Skilled in Building and Maintaining Client Relationships, Sales, Delphi, Event Temple, Customer Relationship Management, Event Management, Teamwork.
