About Our Speaker, Michael Harward:
With more than two decades of experience in the AV industry, Michael's journey began in the early '90s at Gaylord Opryland. He reflects, "There is no better place in the country than Opryland to learn the event business. We were always very busy, frequently working on unique projects and overcoming complex challenges like running 150 breakout meetings in sleeping rooms or lighting ice sculptures in a room kept at 20 degrees in September."
Driven by a commitment to the exceptional service learned at Opryland, Michael excels at helping organizations elevate event production and expectations. He believes the AV industry can better serve its clients by simplifying complex technical aspects and focusing on what truly matters: the client's vision and the attendees' experience.
This workshop is a testament to Michael's dedication to empowering event planners. It offers practical strategies that cut through the jargon and enable more efficient and effective collaboration with AV partners to create truly memorable events that leave a lasting impression on attendees.
